We can’t wait to kick off the celebration with you at our welcome drinks! This will be a private event for all guests, and we encourage you to dress as you please, but with a touch of elegance. Feel free to express your personal style, but please keep it fancy and fun. Think cocktail attire, chic outfits, and anything that makes you feel confident and ready for a good time!
For men, examples of great outfits include:
- Shirts: Button-down shirts or a stylish polo
- Pants: Pants or shorts
- Shoes: Dress shoes, loafers
For women, examples of great outfits include:
- Dresses: Cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or a chic, flowy maxi dress

Wedding (Thursday, April 10): Beach Formal
We’re excited to celebrate with you at our upcoming ceremony and reception, which will be held on a private terrace rather than directly on the beach. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, we kindly request that guests dress in beach formal attire.
For men, examples of great outfits include:
- Shirts: Long sleeve button-down. Sport coats and suits are welcomed but not required.
- Pants: Slacks or chinos. Please do not wear shorts.
- Shoes: Dress shoes or loafers. Please do not wear sandals
For women, examples of great outfits include:
- Dresses: Mid or floor-length dress - think formal but comfortable
- Shoes: Heels, elegant flats, or stylish sandals

HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?
In order to confirm attendance for our wedding, guests must complete the form below "Book My Room" and make a $50 per person room deposit with our Just Book It Travel Destination wedding coordinators. Please RSVP ASAP.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?
To RSVP for our wedding and confirm attendance to our wedding events, please book through our website's booking page and only use Just Book It Travel for all travel arrangements. They handle our guest list, room block, and logistics, ensuring organization and updates. You'll get our group discount, concierge-level service, and flexible payment plans. Using this local agency is more convenient and reliable than online travel companies.
SHOULD I BOOK AN ELEGANCE CLUB ROOM IF I’M NOT STAYING WITH GUESTS UNDER 18?
Yes! We recommend anyone without guests under 18 to book an ‘Elegance Club’ room. These adults-only rooms offer extra perks, including:

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025. However, we are hosting Welcome Drinks on the night of Wednesday, April 9, 2025. To maximize your vacation time, enjoy excursions, the wedding, and all of the amenities offered in your all-inclusive package, we recommend the following date range: April 9– April 13, 2025 (The resort has a 4-night minimum stay requirement.) Please feel free to arrive as early in advance as you'd like and stay at the resort for as long as you'd like. Group rates are valid for up to seven nights stay based on availability at the time of reservation. If you'd like to stay even longer, please inquire with Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings on availability / rates for extended stays.
WHAT IF I'M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES, BUT I'M READY TO RSVP BY BOOKING MY ROOM?
Reservations can be modified without penalty up until the final balance due date of December 16, 2024. If you are unsure of your travel dates, it is recommended that you book your room for the longer length of stay and then reduce your stay prior to the final balance due date. This way, you would have confirmed all potential room nights (since availability is subject to change) and can modify your travel dates once flights are booked without penalty prior to the final balance due date. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We respectfully ask that only guests who were explicitly addressed on the invitation are permitted to attend.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We respectfully ask that only children who are designated members of the wedding party are permitted to attend.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A $50 per guest deposit is required to confirm guest's attendance / RSVP. Partial payments are optional. All guests will be automatically setup on a monthly payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid. Monthly payments are completely optional, and the reminders are for your convenience and flexibility only. Payments are never auto-drafted. The final balance is due anytime before December 16, 2024. All payments are non-refundable after the Final Balance Due Date. All refunds would be via travel protection claim if purchased.
DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?
Absolutely! We HIGHLY recommend booking travel protection along with your itinerary. Just like other investments (house, car, health, jewelry), the travel protection plan helps to protect your travel investment from any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. It is recommended that the travel protection plan be purchased initially with the deposit, however, insurance can be added within 10 days of making a reservation. If you are looking for independent, outside coverage that is purchased separately, please do your research and book with any trusted travel protection provider as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are non-refundable, except through qualified travel protection reimbursements. The insurance policies cover FULL CANCELATIONS. Partial cancellations are non-refundable and are not covered by this policie.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
NO LATER THAN December 16, 2024. Please take advantage of the monthly payment plan. Reminders will be sent frequently by Just Book It Travel.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Protection from any trusted supplier. Final balances are due December 16, 2024. All rooms and room nights are non-refundable following December 16, 2024, and any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier. Example 1: Guest pays balance in full prior to December 16, 2024, and cancels prior to December 16, 2024. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. All other partial payments will be refunded. (Guests with travel protection insurance are refunded the $50 per guest deposit.). Example 2. Guest pays balance in full prior to December 16, 2024, and cancels following December 16, 2024. All payments are non-refundable following December 16, 2024. (Please file a claim directly with your Trip Protection provider for any non-refundable fees)
WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Rooms are generally not available until then. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you can use all of the amenities, pools, and restaurants, and the hotel will let you know when your room is ready. We suggest guests travel with beach clothes in their carry-on bags to enjoy their travel day immediately upon arrival.
WHAT DOES "ALL-INCLUSIVE" MEAN?
Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is an all-inclusive resort that offers: all you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), all you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), room service includes 24-hour room service of food.

CAN I UPGRADE MY ROOM?
Absolutely! As long as the resort has availability for your travel dates. For your convenience, we have pre-selected the most popular rooms on our wedding website's booking pages. If you wish to book a different room type, please indicate your desired room on your reservation form. Just Book It Travel will contact you with pricing, availability and next steps.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?
We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change. Homework: Once your flights are booked, please provide us with your flight details so that we can arrange your ground transportation from the airport to the resort, and vice versa.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?
Passports are not required UNTIL guest travel. As long as you provide the hotel with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance by RSVPing. Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility." If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.
DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL?
YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel. **Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! It must have an expiration date covering your full stay.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I ARRIVE/DEPART?
You should fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?
We HIGHLY recommend securing your round-trip transportation in advance with your Just Book It Travel reservation. Although not recommended, you could get a taxi or shuttle at the airport/resort, but they are usually more expensive when buying directly on the same day. Pricing for your group for round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel & from the hotel to the airport are: Round-Trip Private Transportation: $85 per adult (min 2 people) - direct service, only guests from the wedding group will be transported in the same vehicle (Recommended). $170 for solo travelers. If a solo traveler provides a round-trip flight itinerary matching another guest of the group, the solo traveler's cost will reduce to $85. Please provide your flight information to our Just Book It Travel coordinators so they can notify the resort of your arrival and departure times.

WILL I NEED CASH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PACK? IF THIS IS MY FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRIP, OR FIRST TRIP IN A LONG TIME, HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE?
We recommend that all guests read this Pre-Travel Checklist as prepared by Just Book It Travel, to ensure a seamless travel experience. All confirmed guests will receive very detailed traveling instructions 7-10 days prior to travel.
